You can purchase your Flight Centre Global SIM online by clicking here.

You will be receiving a new phone number with your Flight Centre Global SIM

This number will be a UK based number starting with +44. You will receive this phone number in a text message and email after you complete activating your SIM.

You can also retrieve this number at any time by doing the following:

Step 1. Insert the Flight Centre Global SIM into your phone

Step 2. Dial *133#

Step 3. Your Flight Centre Global SIM phone number will be displayed on your screen and also sent to you as a text.

If you would like to keep your existing number you have the option of setting up a Local Number and forwarding your cell phone to it. You can set this up after logging in to your online account. Click here to find out more about Local Numbers

Note. If you are traveling to the U.S. you can choose to activate a U.S. based phone number on your Global SIM by calling *160#. Make sure you only call this number once and please remember to write down your U.S. phone number to share with your friends, family and colleagues in the U.S. This will allow people from the US to be able to reach you at a local rate. You can be called and texted on this number AND the original +44 number.

We recommend that you activate and test the Flight Centre Global SIM in your device before you depart.

When you receive your Flight Centre Global SIM, you need to insert the Flight Centre Global SIM in your device and ensure that you are able to complete the test call by dialling *222#. After this step, you can re-insert your normal SIM until you depart.

By making the test call, it ensures that if you are experiencing any issues or your handset is network locked you have plenty of times to unlock the device or contact us for support.

Note. After the Flight Centre Global SIM has been activated, it will be active as long as you keep using the SIM once every 90 days. If you leave the SIM unused for more than 90 days it will automatically deactivate.

You can top-up online, over the phone or by setting up auto top-up.

·         Top up online by purchasing a top up amount from the shop or by logging in.

·         Top-up over the phone by calling *221# to reach our 24hr top-up service.

·         Set up an auto top-up service by logging into your account. Once logged in, you will be able to nominate the amount you wish to automatically top up, designate a credit card and set the end date you wish for it to stop

If you have more than one SIM service on your Flight Centre Global SIM account, you are able to share your credit so that all devices linked to your account will share the same amount of credit.

This means that you’ll only need to worry about topping-up one balance and all your SIMs under that account will pool from that balance. You can easily turn on/off the share credit option online in your account.

When you pool your credit to one main SIM, the balance on all of your other Flight Centre Global SIM's will show the balance of your main SIM. If your other Flight Centre Global SIM cards have individual balances of their own, this will not show in your account until you turn credit pooling OFF.

Note. To make the most of your credit, make sure you transfer credit from your other Flight Centre Global SIM cards to one main SIM. This way you will be able to access all your credit and only need to top-up one number.

Your Flight Centre Global SIM will continue to be active, as long as you do not leave it inactive for more than 90 days.

This means that you must use your Flight Centre Global SIM to make a call or send a text message at least once every 90 days to keep the SIM and credit active. You may choose to call the free test call number *222# and you will not have to use any of your credit to keep your SIM active. Reuse your Global SIM for multiple trips and you won’t have to waste any credit!

All cell phones will have the + button however, some will have it as 0 or *. You will need to hold down the 0 or * button for 3 seconds to retrieve the + symbol.
